The 2020 Riverside County Conforming Loan Limit is now $510,400 (up from $484,350 in 2019, $405,950 in 2018 and $379,500 in 2017).
2020 California Conforming Loan Limits
Conforming loan limits have been increased for 2020. The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced the new loan limits on November 25, 2019.
Most counties within California have a 2020 conforming loan limit of $510,400, for a single-family home. Higher-priced areas (Los Angeles County for example) have conventional limits of up to $765,600 due to higher home values. Other counties fall somewhere in between these “floor” and “ceiling” amounts.
